Driving across a bridge into Oregon Final stop on the Lewis and Clark trail Another beach on the Pacific Ocean We’ve been seeing a lot of these tsunami signs First steps in the ocean Finally a beach with some sun Lunch with a view Unfortunately we had to pay $5 for parking at this state park Worth it I guess Light house on an island Some of these beaches look really hazardous I love the rocky coast Moving on to Portland and the Columbia River Scenic Highway Vista House up on the cliff Definitely a good view here Shelby showing off her great photo taking skills What’s this? A waterfall? Union Pacific Railway Multnomah Falls The nation’s second highest year-round waterfall Not too shabby Just the right amount of shabby One more that’s it Found this cool place at a highway rest stop They have a tree for every state Trying this west coast fast food out Well we got an Airbnb on the coast but this was the view for the first day First time we’ve had a kitchen since we went west Wow look at all this room OMG a couch! Working with a view of the ocean! Loving our balcony Using an oven for the first time in 2 months Looks good I made nachos! Finally a decently clear view of the water Wish we could stay longer Going for a walk after work Sand was hot but the air was cold And the water was absolutely frigid Wouldn’t want to swim here, too cold and rocky So glad we got a room right on the water Nice sunset Fog came back fast Lots of fires along the beach Next day: Thor’s well A scenic spot with lots of waves crashing against the rocks Looks dangerous Wow so powerful, sounded like thunder Last picture on the coast Honestly almost every time we were near the coast it was foggy This photo is so cool I honestly don’t remember where this picture was taken Heading back east toward crater lake national park View of Diamond Peak Sunset near sunset cove Love it when we randomly get a view like this while driving Throwback! This town (Bend, OR) had a giant hill right in the middle of it. Great views on the road up the hill in Bend Dang, unexpected desert landscape in Eastern Oregon Driving back east across Oregon Another great sunset while driving Had the whole rest area to ourselves for the night Seriously long and straight roads in Eastern Oregon Scenic but hot and dry, 90 degrees here this day This was about 1 mile before the Idaho border

First view from Merriam Point Honestly this is probably the best picture we took of us here Might as well stop looking through these pictures now Warning steep hike pictures incoming Thank goodness these trails loop around and switchback instead of going straight up Hey I think I can see our car from here Almost to the top Last push along the ridge to the fire tower Okay not bad Eh, not our best picture with the phone leaning up against something Looking good It was another 90 degree day, what is up with this heat Tring to get rid of my farmer’s tan Heading back along the ridge Oh no she caught me I took a lot of flower pics on this hike… for scientific purposes Another viewpoint now Driving through the middle of nowhere in Idaho while writing these comments Phantom ship island We never miss a chance to see a waterfall Wildflower trail Honestly not bad Finally arrived at a place on time for the flowers More flower pics for research documentation Final viewpoint along the rim road Water was an awesome deep blue color Wizard island, like a small volcano within the crater of a volcano One more selfie before leaving Okay bye now hope you enjoyed Oregon
